
Hi there! My name is Kayla Benson. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and Weightlifting Trainer. Growing up as a competitive athlete who has battled through 7 years of chronic knee pain, 5 surgeries, multiple concussions, and 2 traumatic car accidents, which I am currently fighting to recover from, has given me the creative confidence to create my own solutions to heal as well as the ability to serve others in achieving their goals.
I believe the true purpose of working out, eating healthy, and choosing actions that help your body recover is not about obtaining the picture perfect, sexy body. It is about feeling STRONG and PROUD of what your body can do; how your body can perform. Even when you are fighting through a recovery, it is possible to stay active and perform with modified workouts. I look forward to sharing with you a feasible resource that offers personalized fitness, nutrition, mindset, and recovery programs.
